To set up a "Pay Online" account, please contact our office Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. -12 p.m. and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Mountain Time.

Pay Online

For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options and plans.

Auto Pay: Customers can enroll in auto pay at no additional charge. With this program, we automatically charge your bank account or credit/debit card at the beginning of each month. Your receipts will be emailed to the address on file for your reference.

Budget Billing: This program allows you to have an even monthly payment for easier budgeting. Your previous years gallons are added and multiplied by a pre-determined dollar amount and combined with the sales tax and annual tank rent (if applicable). The total is then divided by 10, which is the monthly payment. This program runs June thru March.

Pre-Buy: You may opt to pre-purchase your winter gallons. This program is offered in September and runs October thru March. There is a minimum pre-purchase of 500 gallons. Should you not use all of the purchased gallons, the remainder will revert to a credit on your account.

Payment Methods: Customers with approved credit may charge to an account. If your account falls 120 days past due, you will no longer be allowed to charge without a deposit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept post dated checks.

Past Due Accounts: Deliveries will not be made to past due accounts until the balance due has been paid. Should you not be able to pay the balance due, you must make a payment. Half of this payment will be applied to the past due balance and the other half toward the new delivery. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be automatically applied to balances not paid before the next billing cycle. Statements are typically run on the last day of the month and are due around the 15th of the next month (holiday and weekend dependent). This policy applies to all accounts.
